VisNetic MailFlow 4.8.1

Deerfield.com is pleased to announce the availability of VisNetic MailFlow 4.8.1.

Agents now have the ability to set a new message format (text or html). Configurable on the General tab under Agent Preferences.

Internet Explorer 9 is now fully supported!! Please let us know if you find otherwise...

Another minor but important change for those using the "Get Oldest" feature - a Ticket search will only return Tickets owned by the Agent performing the search. Thanks Gustavo for your request!
